Short Hair -100g | Neck – 200g | Shoulder – 300g | Waist – 500g Approx. (Please Note - This is approximate and is dependent on the length and thickness of hair, i.e. short-cropped hair or beard could get away with using less than 50g).

What shampoo should I use to wash out my hair?

We recommend using a mild chemical & sulphate-free shampoo. Do not use chemical shampoos to wash out hair dye, as chemicals can strip colour from your hair.

Will it cover grey or white hair?

Yes. For the most reliable grey coverage to dark brown or black, use the two-step method (henna, rinse, then indigo). Avoid using indigo alone on grey or white hair.

Can I use it on my beard?

Yes. It is commonly used as a natural beard dye. Always patch test first.

Isn't this black henna (Indigo) that contains harsh chemicals?

No, we use only the natural, raw indigo powder made from dried & powdered leaves of the Indigofera Tinctoria plant (True Indigo a.k.a Black Henna), NOT the commercial Black Henna, which is a harmful mixture of chemicals. These two are very different.
