Does its job…
Purchased these in black for my son to use for his MMA training. The cost was affordable and he said they do the job they were meant for. They fit good, not too tight or loose. Would purchase again when the time comes.

Decent but not super durable.
The pads themselves are fine but the material around your arms is not durable at all. They started tearing pretty much immediately. If it was a better material they would be great. I maybe used them 10 times total before they looked like this.

This product is pretty good fits pretty well around the arm and a pretty soft pad for training partners only issue I could see is if you have smaller arms it my not fit very well due to the size option

Great for training martial arts with punchbag
These are great for training against my punch bag. They are a one piece stretch fabric sleeve with padding so to avoid the difficulty of taking them off when arms a sweaty from training I wear UV/rash guard sleeves on my arms before sliding the elbow pads on. They hold in place well, no movement despite a 30 minute workout. Stops the grazing of not having any padding or of having thin padding in place when training.

Already teared after mild use.
Sleeve already teared. This is because the sleeves are tight in order to stay in place, but that also makes it's hard to pull on. The stitching must be durable in order to handle the force needed to pull these over your arm, but they are not. Thus the stitching between the sleeve and the pad has already exploded after mild use.
