How big are the eyes? Would they be small enough to use on mini cupcakes?

About a 1:4 inch in diameter - I used them on Halloween &Christmias cookies. Perfect fir cupcakes. I highly recommend them! Just the right touch.

How many are in a package? I need at least 100
