I gave this product only 4 stars because, getting it working was a pain. Once you get past my complaining, you'll see that the device really seems to work very well.The biggest issue is that the documentation is in the running for worst I have ever seen with an electronic product. (Note: I am a technically saavy person - having been a software developer for nearly 40 years.)The documentation is on 11 x 17 paper. However, that is for multiple languages. The English version (as with the others) are on about 3" x 3" PAGES! I scanned them and blew them up to 8.5" x 11" to read them. The one graphic that explains the buttons, is absolutely worthless.My biggest complaint is that there are no "set up" instructions. Here is what I figured out:The docs begin with a picture of the item and a description of where the buttons are. Unfortunately, the detail is so poor that you cannot tell which button is which.1. CHARGE ITPlug it in first. Yes, I know this seems obvious, but it must charge for 2 hours (according to Amazon's product support).Where to plug it in is the question. Use the USB cable to plug it into anything that will take a standard USB2 plug. Search for the small USB plug on the headset as well. You will find it on the headphone with the boom mic.)2. TURN IT ONAfter charging overnight, I turned it on by pressing the "multi-function button." Which button is that? If you had the headset on, with the mic boom on the left side, and stuck your left index finger into your left ear, it would be that button.Press and hold that button for 3 seconds.The unit will come on and flash blue & red. Amazon support told me that means the battery is low, which may be true, but before you've set it up means that the headset has not yet paired.3. PAIRINGTurn off the unit by holding the MULTI-FUNCTION button for 3 seconds.Turn on pairing by pressing the MF button (I kind of like that nickname) for 7 seconds. SEVENThis turns on pairing mode.3a. PAIR FROM YOUR PHONEOn your phone (mine was an analog-to-digital, multi-line phone. for those who might care) and follow the instructions on that device.Mine paired right away and I was off to the races, so to speak.

I work in a callcenter environment and wanted a headset that would work with an Avaya VoIP phone via Bluetooth. This does the trick very well.Pros/Cons:+ Lightweight+ Stereo (I get distracted with one piece headsets from environmental audio)+ Mic quality is pretty good+ Pairs with two devices so I can switch from PC to desk phone easily with a button press+ Works on an Avaya OneX VoIP phone/softphone pretty well+ good battery life (I use it ~8 hours and just recharge it overnight)+ Fairly comfortable ear pads despite being on-ear- A little flimsy (to be expected for the price I guess, and the charge port cover is a bit loose)- The boom mic has to be down for the earpiece on the left side to sit comfortably on my head- Muting is two buttons instead of one. You have to quickly press (don't hold down) the volume + and previous track buttons.Overall I'd definitely recommend them for an office environment, they work very well for FAR less money than the Jabra equivalent or a heavy gaming type headset.Great For: Office use, Hands-free Stereo Bluetooth, Occasional MusicNot For: Gaming, Dedicated MusicThese won't replace AirPods or a high quality gaming headset, sound is okay but a bit muddy/muffled/not a lot of higher end treble. That said, you wouldn't be getting these for that anyway; the use case for this headset is lightweight, stereo voice calling over Bluetooth, and it does that very well.

Amazing! I am a road warrior so always speak with my friends and customers when driving . Just received this yesterday and all my friends say they can hear me very very clear without background noise like before! Easy to set up with one click button and voice quality is very good! I have an old one which is almost the same quality but cost $124. Don’t know how long it can keep working but enjoy this so far. Will keep updating for sure.

I usually do a phone calls and am required to work on multiple tasks while I am on call. Situation always requires me to have best sound quality to hear and same on speaking through mic. This device meets these critiques that I need. Also it s very common to feel discomfort when I put headphones but covers are really nice material which is stress free for me. Packaging is really nice protection on device and it charges really quickly through USB.I think adjust of size is also easy, so it is for everyone.Even gaming situation, this device can be very helpful, because mic is catching my voice really well to communicate with my friends online and there is no delay or chop off voice sound. Mic is also adjustable for best voice talk, and I like this so far.

As someone with limited mobility, I usually need to be hands free when making calls. This headset gives you the opportunity to move around freely, while doing daily tasks. I've gone through several headsets, over the past few years, which have all either broken or shorted out with usage. I've been using these for almost 2 weeks now, and so far they're proving to be the most ideal headset I've owned, compared to those with a built-in mic. I haven't had to adjust them on my head in order to be heard making phone calls, which has always been an issue & the sound comes in clear.

First of all, the actual workings of the headset are great. I've been told the voice quality is good, and the audio coming through is really good as well. I use them most of the day my sales role. Battery life is really good and they charge quickly. My only gripe is the comfort of the ear muffs. They are kinda small and at least on my ears (medium large man ears), they get uncomfortable after a while. They've loosened up a bit because when they were first new, they felt like a vice no matter what adjustment I made. Also the material used for the ear pieces looks kinda cheap. In summary, solid 9 out of 10 on functionality, maybe like a 5 out of 10 for comfort. Still a very good choice given the options available to this type of headset.

仕事で急遽ヘッドセットが必要になったため、初めて買ったヘッドセットです。長時間使用することもあるため、オーバーヘッドタイプを購入しました。調節も簡単にでき、ぴったりフィット、マイクの位置もちょうどよかったです。機能面でも、ワイヤレスだったので、心配だったペアリングなども簡単に出来、音声もバッチリでした。高価なものもたくさんありますが、この値段で、この内容なら、コスパ抜群です。仕事以外では、スマホとペアリングして、ＡｍａｚｏｎＭＵＳＩＣを楽しんでいます。

Crea mucha distorsión en ambiente Windows y no puede utilizarse para conferencias Zoom + Teams + Skype por la falla ya sea en mike o speakers. Se configuro con varias alternativas realizando varios "troubleshoots" + investigando en foros pero su funcionamiento no era de confianza ya que se distorsionaba con demasiada frecuencia al grado que tenia que utilizar el audio/micrófono ambiental de mi pc para participar en una sesión virtual. Lo estoy devolviendo.

Por el precio me parecieron muy buenos, son ligeros y la duración de la batería en mi caso que solo lo uso para reuniones de trabajo y clases en línea dura varios días y te avisa cuando se está terminando.Había comprado otra marca y las personas en la llamada decían que se escuchaba mal y entrecortado cosa que no pasa con estos.Lo único que no me gusta es que después de un rato de uso comienza a ser incomodo, siento que me aprietan mucho, pero fuera de eso están bien para el precio.
