Whats the shelf life once mixed?

about 1 hour if you store it more than a day it will be solid if you mix it

Will this work with rust oleum oil base paint? The rust oleum was sprayed a month ago and I mixed Hardner with the paint.

should work fine as long as you do a dust coat first.

Could this be a good Inter coat

Yes and no.. if your doing multi color, stripes, or are trying to bury lines it's an inexpensive clear that works great for that. With that said if you use this it will need to be sanded or scuffed before anything else is put on thats where it dosnt fit the "inter coat" category. I hope this helps
