Please use a alcohol based wipe the case, when you are initially cleaning, it appears like there is a lot of smudging, however, once the alcohol dries off, all the marks & finger prints are gone.

How to remove the case ?

1.Top Cover: Use 2 hands to separate the clips from the laptop one by one. 2.Bottom Cover: Release a clip from either side of the case attached to the laptop. Then the bottom cover will be easily removed.
