Bamboo Kungfu Tea Tray Table Serving Round Tray Chinese Style Water Storage (Round White)

The tea tray is easy to set up and clean. Additionally, the tea tray does not leak. It is large enough for a tea cup and tea holder along with a few small tea cups. The tray is also aesthetically pleasing to look at. Currently use it for my tea set.

I was seeking a small tray for my small pot for Japanese green teas, and this fits the bill. My only complaint is that the bamboo surface has warped slightly, and the stiffening supports stapled onto the bottom have separated slightly at the ends. I may need to repair this in the long run, though it is more of a cosmetic issue right now. Seems like the stiffeners needed a more secure way of attachment.

I recently purchased this tea tray, and it's been a game-changer for my daily tea routine. Its compact size is perfect for holding a clay teapot and 2-3 Chinese style cups, making it ideal for personal use. The ease of cleanup is one of its standout features; it's simple to disassemble and dishwasher-safe. However, it's crucial to drain the teapot thoroughly after each use, as it can develop mold if water is left undrained. Despite this minor issue, its convenience and efficiency make it a fantastic addition to any tea set.

I wanted this to work since its size is perfect for my tea station. However, there are a few major issues rendered this product useless: 1. the bottom tray is advertised as "melamine", which should be 100% dishwasher safe (i have other melamine dishes that stood well for years in dishwasher). but the tray warped badly on the first wash. (won't sit flat anymore) so i actually bought a 2nd one (since the size is perfect for my purposes), this time, the tray warped again in 3 weeks with regular use just by taking in hot water.... seriously, this is useless as a tea tray. and advertised as dishwasher-proof melamine ? i doubt it. 2. the bottom side of bamboo plate is un-treated. i.e. when it sits in tea water, mildew will build. i had to paint it with several coats of lacquer to prevent mildew. it's just vey cheaply made and lack of design-consideration. 3. the bamboo plate is extremely flimsy in the middle part (since there is no support leg underneath the middle part). it cracked when a glass of water is placed on top. so i am extremely disappointed... especially on the first part of the dubious description. i think amazon/seller should refund... or show proof it's really made of melamine (who would buy a tea tray that would warp with hot water in it???)

It arrived with a corner broken since the tray is simply packed in a small box without any padding like bubble wrap. The bamboo warped and cracked after 2 uses. Another person mentioned this already, but the beams on the bottom of the bamboo do very little structurally, as they are only attached with a few nails. Additionally, also mentioned in another review, there is a lack of support in the middle of the tray. Despite this, it is still functional and works as intended. If you don't mind the aforementioned cons, it is an acceptable starter tray if you wanted a small tray for yourself. It has enough room to hold a tea pet and a small 2 person gaiwan set and a fairness bowl.

It's good for small teapot , if you want put a big pot and cup, it might not fit well.

arrived warped and split in 5 places so it wobbles but it works as a drying rack which is what i'm using it for so it's fine for the price imo but if you are planning on using this with guests or want a good quality tray i'd get a different one

I was so excited to receive my tea tray.... then I opened it. First off, there is no cushioning at all for your tray so good chance it'll break. Mine was broken in a way that it would leak and the piece that broke off in another spot had shattered into tiny shards. This tray might be great IF it arrives unharmed bit I'll never know. ***1 suggestion: add styrofoam or something please***

Just when I opened my package, the tray was already broken.
