Great tasting Roma tomato puree
One of the best ingredients for an awesome arabbiata pasta sauce. Chopped onions, garlic in olive oil, a couple of bay leaves and a bottle of this Italian tomato purée slow-cooked to perfection. A sprinkling of salt and chilli flakes, and the arabbiata is ready

Tasty tomato but....
It has to be used within 3 days of opening even if refrigerated. I did not & it got a huge layer of fungus and had to be dumped. Other than that its great for pizzas. lasagna & the like. Good Italian flavour.
