Duke's is a close 2nd to Hellmann's. It's a touch greasier yet has the same tangy we are all looking for. At the current Hellmann's price, Duke's is an excellent value and most certainly a reasonable substitute.

You're either a Duke's man or you aren't. I, for one, am a Duke's man. I like the tangy flavor. It has more flavor than Hellman's and beats any avocado mayonnaise by a mile.

The is Southern staple, and still holds a place in my heart. My only negative comment is that the mayonnaise itself is too sweet. I don’t remember it being so sweet, and unfortunately can’t use it now.

So good! The Hellmann’s used to be before they started using poison rapeseed oil. Highly recommended
