Fairly good priduct
The frames were packed well but three of them were broken since the package was not damaged I guess it was QC failureHave reorder is we ran short to complete the areaWill figure out the durability on due course

Put an arrow on the base plate to indicate which side should be UP.
Delivered on time. Came very nicely packed . Easy to install. Durability and sturdiness can only be commented upon after a year of use. However , there is one suggestion for the manufacturer. Please put an arrow on the base plates to indicate which side should face upwards. We put the base plate upside down and had to undo the whole thing when we realised our mistake 😢!

Missing 2 pots and broken joining pegs
The media could not be loaded. Panel was very easy to install.The panel can host 45 pots, but only 43 were sent.The joining pegs were broken in about 43 panels, but it was ok, since 2 were fine out of 3 in each panel.

Quantities missing
Quality everything was good but I ordered for an 15panels 45 pots but I received only 24 pots less panels so please check that, really it was an not an small mistake hope they will correct theirs mistakes

Poor quality material received .
I have ordered around 6 sets ( set of 45 pieces) till date but the last two sets received is of extremely poor quality and the hooks are getting broken within 10 to 15 days of usage . I dint faced this problem in the previous lots . Out of 90 buckets , hooks of 15 have got broken till now just by the plant weights inspite of using cocopit which is much lighter than soil .
