Does it mix easily in water?

It visibly separates over time. I stir the water each time I use the lp cleaner. Seems to work fine.

Does the bottle dispense by the drop? If you have to use an eye dropper, can you get it into the bottle easily?

This is not in a dispenser bottle. It has a 3/4" diameter opening at the top. An eyedropper would easily fit in the top to extract some of the liquid surfactant, but only until the level of the liquid falls below the length of the dropper. I suppose a very clean chopstick could also be used to pull drops from the bottle.

Does this have a shelf life?

According to the mfg., "Triton X-100 is considered stable for years if stored sealed at room temperature."

Is this triton x-100 or triton x-114? the cas number matches dow's sds for triton x-100, but other companies call it triton x-114.

The CAS number tells you they are the same chemical by a different name.
