Is it pink Himalayan salt and does it come in a plastic bag as someone else said wasn’t good

The crystals come in a plastic bag but you put them into the ceramic holder but I’ve found them helpful with my lung condition

How much salt. It does not say on box and there is no leaflet

In the absence of instructions I just about half filled it. It is about breathing in the air through the salt so it seems to work ok like that

Can you use in you nostrils too

No, breath in with mouth exhale with nose(nostrils) .
