Well made
A very well made product with great instructions. Easy for one person to install.

Easy to install!
Well packaged. I read through the instructions and then went and bolted it right up. Very straight forward for my model. I do have large exhaust pipes and the lower chrome hitch portion does sit against the support bracket with some snug fitting. I have an 18 roadglide special touring. So I have the tri-light at the bottom of the fender and it just barely touches it so no fitment problems that I can see. Great kit!! Look forward to using it soon!!

Sweet!
Worked great. Installation instructions were perfect. Took about an hour to install including removing bags and putting them back on. Looks good. Haven't tried removing yet, but it is just removing a pin to take it off.

Solid hitch but a few problems
This hitch is of good quality, although one of the nylock nuts for the fine thread 5/16" bolt had no threads in it so I had to replace it with one I had in my assortment of nuts. Instructions were clear and easy to follow with pictures showing the assembly steps. Unfortunately if you have saddlebag guards installed on your bike, they will have to be removed to install this hitch, as the guards will interfere with the attachment points at the lower fender support. I had to choose between protecting my saddlebags or installing the hitch, as I cannot have both with the way this hitch attached to my 2016 FLHTK Harley touring model.

A great hitch overall.
Hitch is very solid. I had to modify slightly to accommodate the tri-light on my Street glide. I needed to drill new holes for pins. Not a problem if you have a drill press. Holes must be precise to work. It would fit great on a bike without the tri- light on the bottom of the fender. No directions provided, but common sense will get you by. I like the fact that when receiver is removed the brackets are out of site.

Pros and cons
Pros: Installation instructions were clear and installation went relatively smooth. Quality of the hitch seems very well. The brackets are hidden well and when the hitch isn't in place, you wouldn't know there is one. Cons: In my opinion, this hitch style is not as user friendly for quick removal of the hitch when not in use. I am comparing this to a single reciever style which I installed on my previous bike. As I installed the brackets according to the directions, I feel like something got misaligned by a hair, which has lead to difficulty in inserting and removing the pins that hold the hitch in place. This style of hitch requires you to remove both saddle bags to insert the hitch, pin it and tighten the 2 set screws. (I do have additional lights on my bags which also require to be unplugged to remove saddle bags.) At this point, I wish I would have purchased a different style of hitch, just because I will most likely leave the hitch in place due to the lack of quick install and removal. I would not recommend if you want to pop a hitch in quick and go.

Motorcycle Hitches
Easy Installation, exact fit. In my opinion this hitch was very expensive for a motorcycle hitch, considering a hitch for a car can be 1/3 the price. But all motorcycle Hitches seem to be expensive.
