LoftusEmpire Magic Penny to Dime Trick

The penny to dime magic trick was a very simple toy. I gave this a 4 out of 5 stars because it was good, but I thought that it could use some improvement. When I opened the package, I examined all of the parts. It includes (***SPOILER ALLERT!!!***) a hollow, magnetic penny and a magnetic cube. The way that the trick works is you take a dime and insert it into the hollow penny, you put the penny heads up and put the magnetic block on it. When you pick up the block, the dime is sitting there and the penny is magnetically stuck to the block. The reason why I think it could use improvement is because when I was performing the trick in front of my family, the magnet failed and the penny fell off, wasting my money and a perfectly good trick. If I could change this product, I would install a stronger magnet in the block.This product had a problem, but overall was good for the price.

This effect is a great one for all ages, very visual and very simple. I bought one previously from another vendor but the shell wasn't fitted rendering the effect useless.

I mostly bought this trick to see how it works and for a good "on the go" trick. I was surprised at how well it worked. People with a sharp eye will probably find out how it works but little kids will enjoy the fact that they just saw a penny turn into a dime!

The gimmick doesn't fit properly or look correct when viewed from the side when loaded. This is an issue during performance that makes awkward holds of the penny necessary and doesn't look natural when placing the penny in someone's hand.

Love this trick! Have bought plenty to restock the ones I loose because it is a small gimmick. Highly recommend this trick! Works even more effectively with the pen through dollar trick pen instead of the giant random red square, the pen seems more natural, deceptive, and unexpected to be in on the trick. :)
