After spending thousands of dollars and years of sampling different coffee brands for my Keurig this is the best i've found and i buy nothing else.I don't do flavored, i want coffee to be bold but not bitter, complex without too much acidity, a smooth finish without the burnt brew flavor of trendy specialty shops...this is it. I was at one time a fanatical starbucks fan but they lost me with the change over from random brewing to only pike place years back and i also got tired of sitting in drive through's for my morning joe fix, this is the best at home coffee i've had and without the hassle of preparing an entire pot.TIP; one K-cup= one 8-10 ounce coffee cup...trying to fill a larger cup with the same k-cup is going to ruin the flavor. Also, change your filter in the tank frequently, i do mine weekly. It makes a difference.

This is my favorite flavor of k-cups. However, the 50-pack has major issues. These come loose in a plain cardboard box and I think maybe have too much air in them? It's something to do with the pressure. Mine would only brew a 1/4 of a cup or less and when I opened the machine grounds would go flying from the release of pressure. I tried descaling and cleaned out the needle and got it brewing water. I was about to give up thinking it was my machine and get a new one but I had the thought to just buy a regular box from the store. These worked fine! Go back to the amazon cups and it clogged. I finally got the idea to poke the top with an opened paperclip to release the pressure before I brewed and this worked much better. I will finish up this box but will not purchase the 50 pack again. I have purchased the 24 pack in retail packaging and not had this issue.

I like many others, hated my Keurig machine when I first got it. I found the coffee's were watery and not very well tasting at all. I am a big fan of strong, full flavored coffee. After trying out MANY brands of K-cups, I have finally settled upon my favorites. These Donut Shop cups are one of those. It is what I consider a basic, normal cup of coffee. It has good flavor, not too strong but not too weak either. It is not bitter, and has a good finish. If you are looking for something like that, then this is your best bet (and price too!).As a side note, my other favorites are as follows:Coffee People - Jet Fuel: This is strong coffee, that is in your face and wakes you up. I especially love these, and it took me a while to find the one I like best (this one). It does have a slight bitter taste to it though, but not bad at all.Folgers Gourmet - Classic Roast: Believe it or not, this is a good basic cup of coffee that I would compare to the Donut Shop.Other notable mentions:Green Mountain - Dark Magic: Another strong cup (not as strong as Jet Fuel though), with good flavor.Starbucks - Verona: Not as good as the Verona you get in store, but not too far from it.

This is my favorite of the many k-cups and I've been drinking it for a few years. My last order had new packaging for the k-cups, which I didn't give a second thought to. Well, beware!! This packaging is very inferior to the previous well-tried packaging. I just started the first box of the newly packaged k-cups last week and at least five of the dozen I've used have come unsealed half-way around the edge when the k-cup is pierced at the start of brewing. This makes for a huge mess during the brew process in which the coffee grounds overflow the k-cup, grinds falling in your coffee cup and clogging the flow of the brew, causing you to throw the coffee away, rinse the cup and also remove the k-cup holder from the brewer, rinse the grinds and clean out the mechanism that cannot be taken apart from the brewer itself. UGH......not fun the first thing in the morning when you're desperately trying to get that first cup of joe. So it's a big waste and a big mess. I have to figure out the proper place to complain because something has to be done. Naturally, the first time I thought it was just a fluke, now I know it certainly is NOT. Where is their quality control?

I had tried this flavor from a sample pack when I first bought my Keurig and remembered it being one of the better flavors, (along with Newman's). I didn't care much for all the other exotic blends and ended up pouring most of them down the drain after a few sips. I had been drinking Cappuccinos but every now and then I like a good cup of 'regular' coffee, and this is it. Has a bit more bite than Newman's. I guess that's the 'Extra Bold' part, but with a little added CoffeeMate it comes out great.No fancy packaging but comes loose packed in a plain cardboard box. The expiration date is just over 7 months from now, which is not bad but still much shorter than my Cappuccinos that expire in 2 years. I'm sure I'll use them all up way before they expire.It's an ok price ($0.62 a cup) but you don't buy a Keurig for economy; you buy it for the convenience of making a fast, hassle-free cup on demand of whatever flavor of the day suites your fancy. Buying the optional filter cup to use your own coffee grounds defeats the whole purpose. One more thing to clean out afterwards instead of just throwing a used K-cup in the trash. If you are going to do that then go buy the cheaper 'Mr. Coffee' machine instead, lol.Now to feed my caffeine addiction with another cup....

When I got the coffee maker it came with a collection of K-cups to try.The Donut Shop by Coffee People was by far the best coffee I have ever had.The box I ordered here was nothing like it. It was just your average coffee.

This is a favorite coffee in our household, not bitter like so many. We have the machine in our guest rooms for them to help themselves to a early morning cup

Ok, but not not quite strong enough for me. Very light.
