Veal bones are not available in most meat shops or supermarkets here in Japan, therefore it was extremely helpful to have access.

YouTubeの動画で最近よく見かける食の動画。 昔、イタリア料理で食べた骨髄の美味しかった事を思い出し あの味を求めて注文しましたが オーブンから出した時の油臭いにおい 実際食べてみたら、おえっとなるほどの臭み しかしもったいないので、〇にしの調味料かけて食べましたが 古い車の油の匂いと、味がごみ箱行きを決断させてくれました。 二度と、二度と買いません！！ 今も気分が悪いです。
