Hard Plastic with great cushion padding, great for sliding into position of cover and advantage

Q: This post says that there's only 1 in the number of items. Is it 1 package with 2 knee pads? Or is there only 1 knee pad?

I bought these kneepads from amazon and it came with two. Granted they both were right knee pads but that had no effect on how the fit. Its just the straps are both on the right but they feel the same when I wear them. The are very comfortable and do not slide down on my bdu pants.
