Peice of m****y S***t!
Imagine you just had one of your best runs on whatever your hobby. You take off the spupid head harness only to see a blank sleeping phone. It happened once i thought i just needed to make some adjustments, then it happened again and i missed a Traxxas Xmaxx run that was not only perfect but in some spots seemed impossible. I eagerly check the phone after the run only to see that i am the only one who will ever see what i just did.Its just a stupid idea and it just doenst work right. Not enough effort was made to eliminated screen touches. will be returning

Suprisingly useful and accurate
The media could not be loaded. I bought this to film my RC Helicopter flights. Occasionaly, I have a friend of mine film a couple of my flights, but most of the time I fly alone. I wanted more footage of my flying, but didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars on a GoPro. So I started looking for a hat that had a harness for a phone and came across this head mount. Honestly, I didn't have much faith that it would work well, but I figured for the price, it was worth a shot.Mostly, I was afraid that it would not be pointed in the right direction during filming, but to my surprise, it worked rather well. It was maybe pointed 5 degrees too high but it captured most of the flight. In fact, it works better than having someone else in a way since a lot of time a person filming will lose sight of the aircraft because of the sun or the speed of the helicopter. It can take some getting use to and feel a little uncomfortable at first, but for a 4-5 minute flight, it is not that bad at all. I'm not sure how it will do for longer use, but it suits my needs pretty well. With a litle adjustment, you could probably get even better footage with a little zoom as well.

It'll work but its not a great idea to begin with
It'll work but its not a great idea to begin with. Its hard to operate the phone like that. But if someone else can help you with that then its good. You'll need to practice over and over to know how far you need to bend your head to capture the info you want in the video..or how far down you need to pull this strap on your head. For the price I paid I'd look for something else that'll be more adjustable.Overall it'll do but you need to practice.

Gets the job done
This headstrap essentially does what it’s supposed to do: hold your iPhone during long winded recording sessions. The main problem doesn’t necessarily lie in the design, as it does with the sheer challenge of pressing the record button on your phone, placing the strap on your head, and ‘hoping’ you have the angle right. This head strap would definitely be better if it had some way to tilt the phone down while it’s mounted so you could capture a more level view. This is definitely a decent alternative to spending money on a go pro along with its associated strap though, so it definitely gets a recommendation from me.

Headpiece is comfortable. I recommend this product
I'm a nail tech and I want to start uploading nail videos on youtube. I was looking for something other than a tri-pod and this suits my needs. I can record videos with no problem. Headpiece is comfortable. I recommend this product.

Dont need a GoPro...
The head mount is an awesome product. Everything about the design is perfect except I have a Samsung Galaxy s7 and it does fit in the mount but I think the strap could be a little bit longer. Because it is a little tight. But it being tight does make it secure. But like I said the strap could've been made a little bit longer. Other than that the head mount is flawless. Now I can't wait to go a record my first person nature adventures.

Great in theory...
It's not that it's not made well but realistically once you've secured your phone you've inadvertently closed the camera back out, or otherwise hit some button you didn't intend, and so it just doesn't work well. I wanted a hands free camera for hiking & riding footage etc., and after attempting to use this thing I just had my camera back in my hands if I wanted footage. There is simply no comparing a go pro or other camera option, with the proper accessories (helmet mount), to this. Considering cost, I sometimes don't mind walking instead of running (so to speak), but this just doesn't work well enough to bother with.
