Shampoo is very good. I’m using it from last 8years. Itching irritation nothing will be there. It’s herbal. No hairfall. I feel hairfall happens only with climate changes, water used while shampooing and food habits. But main problem comes here why no one is reporting this and even Biotique also not changing. The new lid is not working properly. Added the images related to that please check and inform to Biotique.

I tell everyone never to buy this shampoo, it is a waste of money, hair loss will only get worse and dandruff will not go away, it will go away little by little.

Used it twice... I think it works. I already own the green apple of the same brand. I have oily skin and hence want something to wash my hair everyday with. So, it's too soon to say if it's better than the green apple but yes smells nice and did wash off my hair properly. Also, it's almost 10 times the cost of what it sells for in India.
