Best sirloin I’ve ever had
I worked in a meat market so I know my meat- these (I had 2 8oz) steaks were at a minimum Prime if near Koby style quality. I was floored by the marbling which sirloin doesn’t usually have. As tender as a filet and tasty as a ribeye. I’ve ordered 4 more so hopefully they’ll be the same quality but you never know with meat you can’t choose yourself.

wow!
WOW! So tender for Sirloin and good flavor. Seared both sides on BBQ and moved over to side until 135 to 140 deg. This meat and I have ate 3 out of the 5 I bought has been better than any Sirlion from Safeway or Luckys. Only gave 4 stars for portion size I would like a little bigger. Going to try other cuts from this company.

Better than a ribeye
This was so delicious! It was very marbled, I like a fatty steak, but I had to check the package to see if they accidentally substituted kobe. The flavor was wonderful. The cut of the steak was weird, but I just sliced it into two thin pieces and ate them both for dinner. This steak is superior compared to the price and flavor of a ribeye, I'm buying these from now on.

Tender
The two that I ordered were more about 1" thick, and the size of my hand. Wish I had a kitchen scale to actually weigh what they were, but I don't. If I had to guess, I'd say they were def 8oz. The marbleizing was even through out, the cuts were decent for both, and I marinated both in my homemade Korean sauce for a couple hours to give them a sweet flavor. I cooked them up and they were so tender that while I was cooking them they were nearly falling apart. I pan seared them, spooning the sauce over them while they cooked. These were so good and I will buy them again when they get them back in stock. (My marinade consisted of soy sauce, sesame seed oil, brown sugar, sesame seeds, pepper, garlic, maple syrup, fish sauce, paprika)

good quality
I was hesitant to purchase meat through Amazon, while it is a little pricey the quality was worth it as Im very picky when it comes to buying beef or any kind of meat actually, I dislike online ordering through grocery stores bc it seems like they send the worst cuts just too get rid of it. I had surgery on my foot so it makes it hard for me to shop. Who ever Amazon gets their beef from is a good farm, grass fed yummy

Very inconsistently butchered
Generally, this is supposed to be a top sirloin steak, but I commonly get bottom sirloin butt mixed in. The butchering is very inconsistent. We order the steaks five at a time to feed the family, and what we get typically consists of:(2) decently cut top sirloins, evenly cut, easy to cook,(2) steaks that are clearly bottom sirloin and unevenly cut... Mostly "teardrop" shaped (i.e. 2" thick on one end and 1\2" thick on the other end...s nightmare to cook evenly)(1) steak of mystery cut meat that I can't identify. Often cut with the grain so the steak is very fibrous and stringy. Sometimes two smaller pieces of meat vacuum sealed together.Last pretty peeve... The weight is supposed to be 8oz. However on the package it says "0.5 lbs" to give them wiggle room to not have to weigh the meat. I have gotten cuts that are a full once less than what they should be. If I'm buying an 8oz steak, I want an 8oz steak, not 6.5 or 7 oz.If I consistently received a recognizable, well butchered, evenly cut 8oz top sirloin every time, I would rate the steak 5 stars. Those are great to cook and have a great, distinct flavor. My family fights over those steaks. Unfortunately, only about 40% of the steaks are like this. The others are clearly lesser cuts of meat, and often poorly cut, uneven, stringy and sinewy.Given we are in the COVID 19 mess, steak is actually more available to buy than chicken or ground beef, so we will continue to order these. But once social distancing opens up, I will go back to buying my steaks at the store.

I'll buy it again :)
I agree with others it's not a big piece of meat, but at the same time what do you expect for a price at $6/$7... I bought 2 of these & decided to cut up one and make a stir-fry with beef and chicken and I must say this beef is really good and tender. So basically looks can be deceiving but like I said at the price they charge it's a good piece of meat and it tastes great. Also no smell once opened.

Worth the price
When these steaks arrived I was hesitant to cook them. They looked small and like they wouldn’t feed one person and reading other reviews seeing people say they weren’t 8oz. When I opened the steaks they unrolled to be larger than they appeared. I pan seared them and cut them for fried rice. They were perfect. The flavor was on point. They were so tender. Will deff buy again!
