There needs to be a quality control measure reinforced. The item is missing parts from the nuts and bolts and screws department. The item was not properly painted well as you can see through the white paint coat the black pole near every welded section. The item was badly damaged in the shipping as the padding was not sufficient for how heavy this item is as they had too ship it in two separate boxes. Honestly it should have been shipped in 4 separate boxes to reduce the weight which would allow for less damage by the shifting of the weight in the box. You didn’t realize how bad the items were damaged until after you started assembling the items and looking at the corners. The Instruction manual was a game of Saw, half the pieces didn’t have a label and made the whole operation take longer than expected. The instructions were by the picture with little to no words to help with the non sense. The quality doesn’t feel worth the money, the size is ok and the under the bed storage shelves is not deep enough to really hold anything meaningful in size and space. I would not recommend this item. Please desertcart do better as this product should have never left the warehouse.
