It's a two-step process. This machine heats & grinds scraps to remove moisture, reducing volume by 90%. The dry output becomes true compost only after mixing with soil or an activator for secondary fermentation.

What is the final output?

A dry, odorless organic material. This processed matter serves as an ideal organic base, perfect for later mixing with soil or adding a bioactive activator to quickly start "secondary fermentation"—transforming it into nutrient-rich compost.

Are there any specific requirements for where to place this machine?

Yes. Place the machine in a well-ventilated, open area for steam and odors to dissipate quickly. The lid opens forcefully, so ensure at least 60cm clearance above.

Why my composter has an unpleasant smell?

If you notice an unusual odor, please check the lid and carbon filter are correctly installed. An unpleasant smell may occur if food scraps have been stored too long before processing. We recommend processing scraps promptly for optimal performance.

Not durable

Does what it says but the protective lining of the internal bucket has worn off very quickly, after 2 months, leaving bare metal for contents to stick to and lessen smooth working.
