How come no manufacturer is listed on the picture of the box? Who makes this? Is it a knockoff from what was available 40-50 years ago?

It's the same thing. I don't have a box handy.... but it's the same stuff you ate when you were a kid. Or that your parent or grandparents ate. Or all three.

Can I use Wheatena instead of wheat germ and/or wheat bran in a bread recipe? If so, would it be a 1:1 ratio?
