I'm not sure exactly why I bought this, I was in bed and looking to get in shape I suppose. I do know however that this does exactly what it's intended to do. Be sure to drink plenty of water while using this because it will come right back out of your skin. Might be good for detox too? I'm no doctor though and I haven't done any research on that so take it at face value. It fits great, even holds in my rolls, and helps me look less overweight, so if that's something keeping you out of the gym it's good for that as well. Silky smooth on the outside sort of plastic-like interior fitting skin tight you might want help getting it off, especially of you have limited motion in your arms.

Well, the product kept its word. You will sweat without even knowing it. It builds up heat without you even knowing it. And I am surprised how effective it is. Five Star but problem is that if you're aware of your actual size. I recommend that you increase one size more. *update: This vest is still the best for the price. I highly recommend that this is more accurate in the material and I've observed that some other brands wants you to wear a tshirt under it and it doesn't have that heat building rubber like this one. And complaints from other brands that its too thin and not building material. I'm glad I investigated And found this one. wear this under your tshirt, workout and you'll see all the sweat drenching and might sweat on your pants Haha. Slight pricey than the others but I tell you everyone get this. you won't regret it. Just work out with this best on under shirt.

Ok...so I am in the process of beginning my workout journey. A few weeks in and this sweat shaper kept popping up over and over. I must have went through countless reviews. Some good, some bad. I used it for the first time this morning and I must say I am somewhat impressed. One beef that some people had that the product was too short. I stand 6'4" and weight 245 lbs. The shaper fell right below my hips and I had no issues. The only part that was slightly difficult was pulling it over my head to take it off. I definitely did sweat my ass off, but I felt good. Would totally recommend this product. I am ordering 2 more!!

This thing is amazing if you want to sweat. It's a game-changer for my workouts—I feel like I sweat more in this than any other top I own. The material is designed to make you sweat buckets, which is exactly what I was looking for. It fits great and holds up well in the wash, but be prepared to be drenched by the end of your session. Definitely recommend if your goal is to sweat it all out.

Good quality. I'm a female and I wanted fuller coverage for breast, under arm breast, and back. The men's version is just what I need. Sizing is right on if you go buy you true measurements. However, I want a bit more compression and decided to return to get the smaller size. After sizing down, I was worried if the top would be more challenging to get on/off. It does provide me with the tighter fit I sought and surprisingly, it is pretty easy to get on/off while I'm dry.
