Ok lets clear up some issues people run into with this product 1.) Most important DRINK 1 GALLON or more per day! You will retain water weight if you do not!! 2.) This product DOES NOT make you pee more. what make you pee more is all the water you drink ( if you just take the pills you wont pees any more then normal BUT you need to drink 1 gallon per day or do not even bother taking these 3.) This product will work! I was down from 167 to 163 the first 24hours DRINK LOTS AND LOTS of water 4.)" Kick starting" a weight loss diet with this is a waste of money. Once you stop taking them your body will hold water again 5.) do not take before bed each serving has 75MG of caffeine and will keep you awake ( I take them pre workout because I like the extra little kick) 6.) this will not burn a drop of fat! The higher your body fat the less results you will see. because you obviously have more fat which even with water removed will hide your muscle it does not shrink your fat either I cannot stress to you enough that you have to drink ALOT of water every day you take these or you will not see it work

Works great

It was nothing like I could ever have imagined. I stacked it first with Hydroxycut Max and Yohimbine for about 5 days and lost 4 lbs. Each was taken at least an hour apart with 8-16 ounces of water. The stack started with 4 Yohimbine and 4 Xpel twice a day, but I increased the Max from 1 twice a day, to 2 twice a day and then to 2 three times a day. I had the jitters when I increased the Max to 6 per day after taking the third dose. It was NOT a pleasant feeling. From July 8-19, I alternated using 4 Max twice daily, 4 Xpel and 2 Yohimbine one day and 2 Max, 2 Garcinia Cambogia and 6 Yohimbine three times daily the next day over the 12 day period and lost 10 lbs. The Expel did the job wonderfully. Therefore, I would not recommend using this during work days. I drank a lot of water and was pleased to get relief from the bloating. However, the bloating came back 'with a vengeance' as soon as I finished the bottle. I would purchase this product again since I got such good benefits.

Here is my experience: Days 1 and 2: I took 2 caps in the morning, I wasn’t sure how it would affect me and I was not about to put 4 of anything into my body without a test. I normally drink a lot of water (64oz) so that was not a problem for me. I didn’t notice a lot more pee-ing than my normal. Day 3: upped to 3, I noticed a nice little rush of energy, but no noticeable extra water shedding. Day 4: tried 3 in the am (4am) and 3 before noon. Too much for me, had trouble sleeping, but still no real result. Day 5 & 6: settled on 4 in the morning, I like the rush of energy for my workouts, but the scale had not budged, although I did feel leaner. I read in another review that she didn’t see the result til day 5, so I stuck with it since I didn’t start with the full dose. Day 7: Continued 4 in the morning and BOOM — 2 pounds gone, very happy. Continued for 2 more days (directions say only take for 10 days max) Felt very lean and flatter tummy. So happy with the kickstart to my 5 pound weight loss goal. Moral of the story – stick with it, you might have the same results I did, although everyone’s body chemistry is different. Next time I will start with 4 in the morning and maybe the results will come faster

I was performing a pretty intense detox. I was consuming close to 1.5 gallons of water over the course of 18 hours daily for 1 month. I began taking MHP Xpel towards the last 2 weeks (only half the recommended daily dosage). I did notice a difference in water weight and bloating after 3-4 days. The most important thing I noticed was the immense headache I would get if I didn't probably hydrate that particular day and the feeling of running a fever for a couple of hours after consuming the capsules. Overall not sure if the benefit is worth it, but it did do it's job. Overall I lost approx. 4-5 lbs after already losing 5 lbs from basic dieting and exercise. I am not in athletic shape, but some build. At the time of the last dosage I was 167lbs. Now back to a steady 173lbs (5'7").

Arrived yesterday and took a full day’s worth today with lots of water. Of course no change in water weight in one day. However, my heart rate seems to accelerate since using this product. I will just be on the safe side and discontinue using. I don’t want to use anything that impacts my heart. Not worth the risk. Wish I read more of the reviews before purchasing. You live and you learn.
