What's the maximum delay that can be set?

60 seconds would be the maximum limit

Looking to use as a delay off switch. in otherwords, looking to immediately switch on a load but wish to have a timed off. will this product do it?

I don't think so. I need that also, but I have not really tried it yet. I may use an arduino and a relay board to do both delayed on for one piece of equipment and delayed off for another. I tried to find a data sheet on the relay, but could not find one.
