Good product
Hagerty's polishing product, is definitely worth the value, it protects the silver, however it does not remove heavy tarnish. Environmentally friendly towards human & pets, tolerable. Easy to use and gentle on Silver. I'm giving it a five-star, it's a great polish for Silver and Jewelry. There's only a few really good polishes this is one of them. Ty

Magic stuff!
Fantastic silver polish. We found a whole box of silverware when we moved and decided to try to polish them up for daily use. All items in the box were given to us by parents and have been in the box for the last 20 some years. Imagine the tarnish on them! I found a few pieces of polish cloth to start. It worked but it requires a lot of elbow grease and patience. I went on Amazon to search for an easier alternative. This product seems to have most raves and I was very willing try for less than $15. Product arrived on time. The polish is a thick liquid (like concentrated dish soap) in red clay color. It has certain odor to it, not offensive but nor pleasing. I poured it on some silverware and rubbed with cloth. It is truly amazing to see how soon the stuff worked its way to remove tarnish, black spots and shine up the platters, spoons, etc. I rinsed with gentle soap and water - the instruction allows simple wiping/rubbing off by cloth. I personally wouldn't be too comfortable serving food with the polished silver without washing. Most of my silverware came out very nice and clean after one round of rubbing and rinse. A few that sustained too much damage needed another round of polishing. I used about half a bottle to clean a big platter, 4 or 5 medium size serving plates, 3 sets of serving folk/knife, and a cute dinner bell (not sure whether mom ever used that to let dad know dinner is ready :-). I applied pretty massive amount to those old pieces. I can imagine most silver probably doesn't need that much to drown in. All in all, this is a very effective and economical polish to use. A few tips for those who intend to use this: 1. wear latex gloves or something to keep your hands clean. I used the polish with and without gloves. The product is not abrasive to hurt skin on my hands but my hands got dark as black tarnish was cleaned off from silverware. If some got underneath nails, it's hard to clean. 2. Cover your work surface, especially if you plan to do the polishing on a light colored countertop. The same dark gunk from cleaning will make a mess of your work area. 3. Keep a few clean towels around to wipe your hands - for sure your phone will be ringing when your hands are full of the polish. Enjoy your shiny silver!

It is not magic but it cleans better than others.
It is not as “magical” as applied, wipe off & wow! BUT it does work better than others. I have used a few other silver cleaner before and usually just give up after working it for some and it is not moving the tarnish away. Maybe it is my fault to allow my precious family silver to get so tarnished. I just don’t have time to keep up with and just rather keep the “rustic/antique” look. :) Anyways, I started with the two 3 arms candle holders and were so impressed! I decided to work on my MIL’s silverware to be used for Passover. I have to cleaned all of the silver for probably 10 years. I used a large paint brush and a smaller one to work into the crevices of the flower design on the fork/knife/spoon handles. The candle holder took about 3-4 applications & about 2-3 hours for 2 candle holders. There are still tarnish (maybe wax covered) but good enough for now. And the silver dinnerware is completely free of tarnish after only one application. Only the flower carving need another application run in with the smaller brush. So many indents! I only needed 5 settings so I place the one I did not polish next the ones I did. It took about 2-3 hours. I did let sit for a bit before rubbing off. Final determination, I would get this product again. Since I used a brush to apply from a paper plate, there may be less waste than using a cleaning cloth?

Great Polish!
Short and sweet - this stuff worked like magic. Very little scrubbing with the polishing cloth, and what a difference it made. Sorry I waited so long to buy this - these tarnished serving utensils sat on my back counter for months because I thought it would be a big, difficult deal to polish them. It was so easy it was almost fun.

Does the job gently and without horrible odor.
Worked beautifully on silver jewelry components. Doesn’t have a horrible smell like others I’ve used. I find I have to let it sit a bit on badly tarnished items but it does the job well.

Best Silver Polish I’ve Found
We have a number of silver items in our home - some inherited, some antique, both sterling and silver plate. My job is to keep ‘em looking shiny and tarnish-free. Over the years I’ve tried many different brands, wipes and tarnish removers. This Hagerty polish is by far the best I’ve used. It removes tarnish, leaves a lustrous sparkling finish and best of all a protective coat which delayers the onset of tarnishing for months.
