Beach Tent Sun Shelter 10x10FT, UPF 50+ Beach Shade Canopy with 8 Sandbags

I’m very happy with this beach canopy. It was surprisingly easy to set up, even with just two people, and it stayed stable throughout the day thanks to the sandbags. The 10x10 size provided plenty of shade for our family, and the UPF 50+ fabric did a great job keeping us cool under the sun. The material feels durable, lightweight, and easy to pack back into the carrying bag. It’s perfect for beach trips, picnics, camping, or any outdoor gathering. I love it; it arrived just in time for these summer days. It is very easy to set up, offers excellent sun protection, and is high quality. The bases provide a very secure hold, so you can rest easy knowing it will stay stable even in a breeze; plus, it is very convenient to take anywhere. I recommend it.

As a sun shade, it's excellent. It took some adjusting to get it positioned correctly, but overall, set up was easy (we did have a few people helping). I feel like it could benefit from a middle pole for more support of the actual canopy. I like that it came with shovels to aid in filling the corner pockets for stability. It's SUPER light to carry which is why I wanted to try this as an alternative to our usual easy up canopy. I realize it doesn't advertise as all weather, but if you're suspecting even a small chance of rain, be prepared! A small bit of rain passed us by on the beach and it immediately started sagging/drooping and rain just goes right through the fabric. It does withstand wind pretty well, but just take that into account if it may be a deciding factor for you.

I was hoping for easy up and versatile this was neither. Definitely a 2-3 person set up, not easy. And not versatile better for beach than field or other area

Easy to set up; the bag stores neatly when not in use. Looks good, very sturdy. I am so glad someone made something lighter than the old metal tents. Much easier to put up by yourself. Only drawback: it does not come with any tie downs IE, parachute cord or rope. I had to buy my own.

This was easy to set up and a good, large size to provide shade for a group of 6 comfortably. It just could not stand up to the windy Sunset Beach, California. It stayed up for maybe 30 minutes before the poles just couldn’t withstand continued winds no matter how we tried to re-stake or reposition it. In calm winds, this will hold up. Everything fits in a nice storage bag. It looks nice. But stick with something heavier duty if you may encounter wind.

This was amazing for our beach vacation! We used it everyday. It gave lots of space for our toddlers (and other family) to play in the shade. We fit a double foldable chair, two small chairs for the kids, a wagon, toys, and still had space left over. I even napped under the tent one day myself. Super easy and quick to set up and take down. I did both myself at least once. It is not water resistant, but it is durable. One day we set it up when the rain was tapering off, and the top sagged (see second photo) until it dried, but that didn’t cause any issues for us. I’ll be keeping this forever and using it on our future beach trips! Definitely worth the price, and it’s cheaper than competitors!
