Good Laser Tape Measure
Good laser Tape measure. Took a little while to understand how to use the laser. But after using it a few times was able to understand how to use accuraetly

Takes Time To Understand And Set Up
Having this 3-in-1 tape measure is helpful and helps to simplify the amout of tools needed for a measuring job. The steel tape measure pulls out smoothly and rolls back just as easily. The overall look and feel of the tape measure feels nice and is a pretty durable tool. To get this tape measure set up, it needs two AAA batteries. I recommend keeping the included instruction manual to help understand how to get the most out of using the laser distance and recording measurements. This tape measure is not so straightforward and it is a little awkward to use. As far as accuracy of measurements, it does take time to understand how to use properly but seems to be inaccurate too often.

Help yourself and make the time to read the little manual that comes with this measuring tape...
I've had this a while, but set it aside because when I opened it, it felt like I needed to invest a little time to properly understand how it all works and I found the instructions a little intimidating. Granted, I was really busy at the time... Finally getting more time to dive back in, I think I can figure it out, but they might consider including 'instructions for dummies', or a quick reference guide making it easier to understand when just getting started using this device. I'll also add that for something as bulky as this tape measure is, I would expect to have a tape that's a bit wider, and a little bit stiffer when extended out. I do appreciate the easy to read display and the belt clip. Also great is the battery compartment cover having a screw to secure it so the batteries don't pop out during an accidental drop/fall. It's nice that they included a little screwdriver to open the battery compartment, but it's really kind of unnecessary as most people using a tape like this are going to have a screwdriver that will work for this screw.
