Very impressed for the price I thought maybe to good to be true but the engravings are very clean and seller helps me every single time I have a question or any difficulties

This was easy enough to set up and use. It also cuts and engraves relatively cleanly. So why three stars? Well, for one thing, it's too small to be practical for several applications. I measured before ordering, but once you've actually got the engraver set up and the items you want to put through it, you realize it's pretty limited. The other issue is that a lot of things that would make this easier to use (in some cases) or safer (like an air assist or cover) either require an upgrade or are sold separately. I understand that they're trying to hit an attractive price point, but to intentionally bork the capability like that just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. It's not totally useless, but it's also not quite as useful as it ought to be given the price.
