Approximately how much weight would this motor be able to "lift" vertically? Over 100 lbs?

Typically, you'd need to connect this to a lead screw or rack and pinion in order to convert the rotational motion into linear motion ("lifting"). Let's say you used a lead screw 5 turns-per-inch x .5" diameter. That lead screw with this motor properly driven would theoretically be able to lift a 750lb weight.

What is the pinout? I have red, yellow, green and blue wires. How does that map to a+- and b+-?

I don't recall the pairs by color on these, but you can tell by touching two wires together. Spin the spindle, it should spin freely. Touch two of the 4 wires together and try to turn the spindle again. If the spindle has resistance and harder to spin when touched together then those two wires are paired. It won't matter which you consider positive or negative of the two, since its DC, to my knowledge at least. Hope this helps.

cant read dimension from picture on here, but wanted to start milling the mounting plate before it arrives in 2 weeks, how can I get those specs?

The meeting services standard nema34 look up the standard. The shaft unfortunately is a 14 mm shaft with a key in it. I can find no 14 mm police online that already had a keyway in it. I am buying the keyway tool. If you order this motor others like it for a very small charged you can ship them to me I will put the keyway in it and send it to you. Probably going to be cheaper than trying to find a local machinist to do it

Works great but no documentation

There is no paper with the motor, or even a web link on the label. I had to guess the wiring. Another user on Amazon Answers helped. My motor is working wired as: Red-A+ Green-A- Yellow-B+ Blue-B-. Before trying that yourself, you should use an ohmmeter to make sure Red-Green and Yellow-Blue are connected internally.

Runs warm but consistent

Had a Tormach 4th axis that came with a servo motor. Had to swap it out, this NEMA34 looked to fit (which it did) and is working well in service. Runs warm, but so far it is working.
