Very poor instructions - the screen and menus were not in English - I did however download two songs and was able to play them - the sound quality was ok. I tried to delete the two songs and could not. I could not turn on the English version and there were no instructions on how to do it. I tried using it for maybe an hour or more with no luck . It only had 3 buttons, volume and screen. The touch screen did not work for me very well. It had instructions to reset, it did not seem to work for me. I am sure it is a very good unit , and someone with a little more tec knowledge would really enjoy it. I elected to return it !
