As good as more expensive shower heads
The instructions for installation are fairly simple and straightforward. Everything needed to install is included in the kit. It took me about 15 minutes to install the head, including the time it took to remove the old shower head. This unit is not all metal as there are some plastic fittings, but well worth the money as long as you take your time and don't try to force any of the fittings. I would recommend this purchase.

The product I received looked like it was refurbished not new. It had cosmetic damage and the seals had water stains on them, but it does seems to function okay.
