Soft fabric, that ties around the back with a very short skirt. Super cute, and in my opinion runs a little on the smaller size. Well made and looks and feels amazing.

I would give it a 0 but I can’t do that so I give it 1 star. When shipped I only received the skirt and not the top. The skirt was also a different brown.
