This will be a long, but detailed, write up regarding my purchase experience of this product. Product was ordered, based on the delivery date. I called Amazon customer service to make sure product would not be delivered earlier (not home). Amazon rep indicated they messaged the Seller with this information. So far, so good. Called Amazon again the next day to confirm delivery no earlier than date listed (again, not home). Amazon rep confirmed. Next day, Seller sent tracking numbers....product (7 boxes) showing up 6 days earlier (remember, not home). Messaged Seller and called Amazon. After getting a Supervisor on the phone, she told me I had to deal with Fed Ex, not Amazon. (I guess the customer should handle logistics too). I called another Supervisor, Jay, who was great. I also spent 4 hours on the phone with Fed Ex. They alleged they switched delivery back to original date. Whew... Well the day shown on tracking comes and 7 big boxes left on my driveway (won't be home for 4 more days). I called Amazon Corporate, Amazon customer service, and FedEx Ex. Amazon corporate no help at all, Amazon xustomer service and another Supervisor basically said "too bad", FedEx Ex's local office went radio silent. I had to contract a local company to pick up, store, and redeliver when I get back. I get back home, product redelivered, and I start to assemble....finally. Product was packaged well. No damage to any other the product. The backs slide into two chutes in the bases. After they click in, pull up on the back to make sure they are locked in. Take careful note, some of parts (end caps) might be packed underneath or in the storage compartments. The hardest part was connecting the "seat sections" together. It may take a few tries. OK, furniture is put together, let try it out. Plug in the power. Battery for the recliner (no plug in middle of the floor). Time to sit. Hmmmm....comfortable. Quite comfortable, actually. The power mechanisms work great, not fast, not slow. Even with the battery, it works well. I am impressed, even with the delivery debacle. The images of the product on the seller's page makes it look stiff...not at all. One reviewer indicated the seats / leg rest are small. Maybe the reviewer was slouching forward in the seat or has really long legs. I am 6' tall, it supported my legs just past my ankles, just not my feet...that is fine for me. To be fair, the Seller has reached out to me and we reached a mutual agreement. Amazon has not reached out since the delivery. Amazon likes to use the term "3rd Party Seller", thinking that gets them off the hook when there is an issue. My bank statement indicated Amazon Marketplace, not the Seller's company, so that screwdriver up Amazon's script. FedEx has also been radio silent. Amazon's system does not allow Delivery Instructions to be sent to "3rd Party Sellers", so this Seller never received my delivery instructions at the time of order. Sadly, I was giving Amazon solutions to fix the issue (call local warehouse that is 20 min away and have their blue van come pick up the product). Nope...they keep to their script of 3rd Party Seller. Such baloney. As for the actual product, it is very comfy, the color is actually nicer than the images, the power reclining works well, the stitching design is very nice, and the Seller really stepped up to the plate. I would recommend this product and this Seller. Just make sure you will be around from when you order it to when it actually shows up.

Not extremely comfortable but maybe after time will loosen up. Delivery was extremely early compared to what they said which was very inconvenient. The boxes were pretty damaged with inspection stickers all over them and one section of couches connecting brackets were bent pretty bad. They don't feel very sturdy when pieces are connected may need to modify on my part as I moved one couch and the pieces cam detached from each other. Should have purchased in store.

Got these way cheaper than big box stores. and was very surprised at how good the quality was.

Finally got this put together and besides the manufacturer hiding the back of the console inside the console it is great. I contacted them 2 different times with questions they responded fast.

Easy to put together comes in three boxes. It is attractive, on the masculine look. The stitching is nice. The recline is nice. I feel like the length of it is a little short and I’m 5’6 but my feet hangover quite a bit from the ankles, it’s very comfortable lots of storage and cupholders. Good purchase for buying site unseen.
