Being short my feet only just touch the floor. If I suggested an improvement it would be make the reclining lever longer, easier to operate. Comfort, heat and massage excellent. Assembly instructions easy to understand, completed in 40 minutes, the only tool needed is included with bolts and fittings. Excellent quality and reasonable price. Took a few days to get from California to Va but worth the wait.

Comfortable and classy

The chair itself is perfect, comfy, attractive, I can sit criss cross legged while gaming with ease. The massage and heat are lovely and the perfect way to lay back and relax after a long day. I fall asleep in it all the time. Back support is wonderful and I can sit and play games or watch movies in it and it's comfier and offers much more support than my lazy boy chair in the living room. The foot stool is perfect and you can fully lay down if you want. After 5 months it's sturdy and showing no signs of failing me any time soon. The only con is the wires, they are so dramatic and get caught 3 times a day and it's super annoying, I wish there was a solution for the wires. But you can unplug them and put them in the pocket when you don't need the heat or massage function running. Overall, Definitely recommend!!!

The chair looks very nice and has a professional look. The massage and heat works well. After those positives unfortunately it goes down hill from there. The chair is not comfortable. The arm rests are very low and not adjustable unless you lay the chair back. The chair is very flimsy when setting in it. Meaning that it rocks more side to side than it does back in a rocking chair position. When you go to lay the chair back be prepared for a ride as the chair does not lay back easily it just goes back with just a little pressure. If I had not thrown the box away I would be returning the chair. Was very disappointed especially with reading so many positive reviews. This will probably be the chair that gets shared to whoever the new person is in our office. I’ve had others set in it also and all gotten the same comments. Nice looking but flimsy, low arm rests, and uncomfortable. We have gone through and made sure everything is tight from build. Unfortunate that it’s not as comfortable as it is nice looking.

Amazing chair, well worth the price! So much padding, easy to put together, did it by myself in 20 minutes including the time to unbox it. Love the heat and massage feature, pocket on the side it great to hold the remote. I've bought other office chairs for around the same price, no comparison. The ergonomically correct back is great and really makes a difference when I am sitting for longer periods of time. You can't go wrong with this produce!!

perfectly functional-Takes time to put together, but worth the efforts .

It's just ok. The chair is not comfortable and the vibrations are way too loud. It's not horrible, but it is not the best.
