Hi everyone, This is not a paid review. This is an honest review from a middle-class guy who bought this AC with his hard-earned money. I recently purchased a Panasonic Air Conditioner, and honestly, I am very happy with my decision. For the price I paid, this AC gives excellent value for money. The cooling performance is really impressive. Even at 27°C or 28°C, the room feels very comfortable, and the cooling is smooth and consistent. One feature I really love is the WiFi connectivity. Using the Mira AI app, I can control the AC from my mobile phone anytime, anywhere sround the world. This feels very modern and convenient. The AC also has many smart features like: - Auto mode - Energy-saving options - Silent operation - Smart temperature control - Covert this ac into 8 modes of occupancy saves ac from unwanted easte of energy. technologia. - ODU blue fins are extremely hood. - Noiseless IDU and ODU. - Provides the premium feel. - Remote is not for what we need actually. We actually font need PC keyboard like buttons. If you need more options you can use Panasonic AC app. - Its really a smart AC. - Installation And service was good. Installing person was very good hearted and IQ full employee. - One issue i face is , Panasonic Locstion office called me and asked to establish Wiring connection in home using my electrician as ac technician did not do this. So without plan of ac Location and installation mount how can We initiate Electical wiring outlet.. somewhat I managed and finally ac in within 48 hour's of delivery Another important thing is reliability. Panasonic is a trusted brand, and the build quality feels strong and durable. As a middle-class person, we always think twice of Thousans times even after a heavy research using excel sheets before spending money. But in this case, I truly feel that every rupee I spent is worth it. So if you are planning to buy a new AC, I can confidently say that Panasonic AC is a very good choice. Product was received in damaged condition when panasonic technician visited my home to installed the AC. He opened the box indoor unit and he installed the indoor unit properly. When he opened the Outdoor unit box and found damage in outdoor unit coil. He checked the outdoor and found its coils were bend it's fins was bend then he checked outdoor unit pressure and told me it's okay there will not be issue in future. He also inform to panasonic office Gandhidham. So he installed the same unit. 1. Excellent cooling of AC 2. Wifi feature needs improvements 3. Amazon needs to follow the open box delivery. Also when I have told delivery person to drop the ac to the first floor in my room. Hello clearly dined the delivery. Worst service by delhivery team. 4. Installation was okay but can improve more. 5. I got damaged product from the Amazon seller. I have checked the seller it has many complaints in past as well. Overall AC I am using from last 15 days is working very fine.

Good product very nice colling but service charge to much for installation

Everything is good with the AC now. At the beginning, I was not able to recognize whether my AC was cooling properly or not because on the installation day it did not cool. But later I realized that I had either used it only on fan mode or had not selected the correct cooling mode by mistake. After checking properly and using the right settings two days later, the AC started cooling my room perfectly. Its looks and features are really very good. The only drawback is that the outdoor unit design is the older grey style. I was excited to get the newer outdoor unit design, but after searching online I found that the new design is mainly provided with offline purchases. However, I want to clarify that only the design is different — the internal components and performance are the same for both online and offline purchases. The AC is working perfectly, but the Panasonic installation engineers are not very experienced and they charge extra amounts for things that are often unnecessary. I would suggest that if you already know your area may require extra copper pipe, electrical wire, or other installation materials, then buy them yourself from the market instead of depending on the installation team. They may provide low-quality wires or copper pipes and still charge premium prices for them. It is much better to check the proper Panasonic-recommended specifications yourself and compare market prices before installation. If they are not providing genuine branded materials, ask them to reduce the charges or simply purchase the materials yourself before they arrive. Also discuss all these things with them in advance so that you can avoid unnecessary expenses and save a lot of money.

AC is best bt installation process is very bed and froud . Cooling system is very strong and vert fast, value for money and Ver lower noise level in normal mood good ac bt installation process very bad.

Excellent cooling. Takes a while to learn the settings. I am using it in my office, which has one side as full glass towards the sun. Cooling quality is superb. Maybe it's more better for my office since I can direct it to give the highest output iny direction. First time I bought a Panasonic a/c. Sarisfied. Remote is tiny and useless. People have suggestes the app. I will download and tried. I will revise my review after trying the remote. Previous buys include LG (excellent), Lloyds (excellent), Samsung (very good). For other rooms I use the Lloyds.
