Portable Battery with Heft
Exactly as advertised. Recharges quite quickly via AC receptacle outlet (fed from a PV array during the day). We use it power almost all of our outdoor holiday decor. With the expansion battery, there is some heft in carrying. If you are not comfortable lifting heavy from the ground, you'll want a hand truck, or should look for a model with wheels. But, I have no complaints. Here's to hoping it lasts as long as they proclaim (referring to battery degradation) ๐ค

Great Customer Service
I encountered an issue with the Expansion Battery not being able to be turned off while connected to the Power Station. I contacted Anker via the in-app "Help and Feedback" function. Anker responded within a business day, indicating that my case had been forwarded to their technical services department. Within two days, I received a response and was able to resolve the problem. For users experiencing similar issues, ensure that the Power Station is disconnected from all active AC, DC and solar inputs. Once disconnected, the Expansion Battery can be turned off. After turning it off, reconnect the Power Station. The Expansion Battery will remain off until manually turned back on.

Really nice: Would recommend to anyone
I bought this (C2000 + expansion battery) back in December along with the Renogy 400W collapsible panels. I use it all the time for work while away from an outlet. I can't think of a day since I bought it that I am not impressed and very satisfied I got this. I am not sure how it stacks up with other batteries from other vendors. This one is a dream to use. I do also have a C1000 (older Anker battery) and it works well too. By far, this is my favorite purchase when it comes to my tools and outdoor ease of use to get work done. I will admit, I was confused at first on how to use the console and the expansion battery together. It "just works" ... and I am ok with that. It is heavy... I am going to be getting a carrying / storage case with wheels on it so I don't have to walk it everyone on site. Still, I am very happy with it. I am actually tempted to get the exact setup again (C2000, Expansion battery, 400W Renogy Panels) ... but I am not that rich :).

Another great product
I have about five or six solar generators from different name brands, all of which are different in size and output for different tasks that I use them for. My first one was a small one, "Ecoflo River," that was very handy and portable. It was great but it couldn't power a fridge or AC. So I upgraded to a bigger one from "Bluetti EB240". It was less portable and more heavier, too costly, and only had two AC outlets, both of which didn't have enough power to power the fridge once the compressor kicked on, which would overload the Bluetti and shut it down. So I then bought the Anker Solex C1000 when they came out with it and was on sale. It did all I asked of it and more. It became my main power generator in a black out to power my fridge. I loved it so much that I even bought the expansion battery for it. I was thinking of buying another one but noticed the price had jumped up and wasn't on sale anymore. I watched the price jump up and down several times. Then came the Anker Solex C2000 Gen 2. I saw it was on sale and immediately ordered it along with it's expansion battery pack. The C1000 and the C2000 are the two main solar generators I use for blackouts and camping. I do have two nit-picks I'd like to bring up. The C1000 had a light bar across the top that came in handy but the C2000 does not. The expansion cable for the C2000 that hooks up to the BP2000 expansion battery is very limited in length and doesn't allow you to set it up any differently other than stacking. Still, I gave it five stars just as I did the C1000. Both are great.
