These are great for weight management especially with GLP1 usage as it provides a large amount of protein in a small amount. The quality appears nice and the taste is good. It’s not quite as sweet as I like but palatable just the same so it’s easy to swallow. It’s filling and I’m comfortable knowing that if I’m not quite hungry enough to eat. I’m able to get a good amount of protein and nutrition.

It needs some fat but it tastes better than every other protein shake. I can't stand the taste of artificial sweeteners and they give me headaches. The stevia is barely noticeable, not too sweet and doesn't give a terrible aftertaste. Its chocolaty enough, texture is good, not too thin not too thick and It goes down easy. It doesn't fill me up which is great because I don't like that filled up feeling. There's 30 grams of protein, limited ingredients and the price is low.

I haven't been using this product long enough to know whether it is 'working', but I am satisfied that I am getting enough protein, and the two deliveries have been right on time (and there's no delivery fee !). Now if only I could figure out the easiest way to open the darn boxes of 12, which are made of very strong cardboard. Which end is up, lol ? I keep several bottles in the refrigerator at a time-the flavor is better when chilled. To me, it's like drinking a glass of chocolate skim milk...thin but palatable. The subscription price is decent-about $10 saved per box of 12 (not counting the free delivery) compared with grocery stores. All in all I'd say it's a good deal & I don't have to be so concerned about getting enough protein..
