While this first aid station is better suited for a business or work site, we have this in our emergency preparedness supplies. The medicine chest itself is not intended for portability, although it does have a heavy duty handle on top to facilitate carry it around when not mounted on a wall. It is very heavy duty and will last for generations. It has a lot of room inside for supplies as you rotate or replace what is included initially. The included supplies are a good beginner's variety of items, but are very basic and may not suite your specific needs. They are intended to address several types of emergencies or first aid situations, but very much not an exhaustive answer to hospital or first responder required issues. I would recommend this for the medicine chest and the beginnings of supplies, but would highly recommend swapping out or customizing supplies based on your location and situation(s) you may encounter. As another reviewer noted, keeping a list inside of what supplies are there and when they were used, etc is a good way to keep track of what is present, how old it is, etc.

Beware - Not an ANSI 2021 class B kit. This kit doesn't actually come with everything it's supposed to have. It completely leaves out the heavy-duty tourniquet (which I realized later isn't even in the product photos or description), and there is no official identifying contents label required by ANSI. Safety leader says the kit won’t pass if we get audited by OSHA. Now I need to spend another $30-50 to buy a tourniquet and find a contents label to make it official.

This first aid cabinet is massive, in the best way possible. It truly feels like it has everything you could ever need in case of an emergency. From basic cuts and scrapes to more serious situations, it’s all there and organized in a way that actually makes sense. My daughter is a skateboarder and a sushi chef, so she’s definitely prone to accidents, and this kit gives me a lot of peace of mind. We’ve already had to grab a few things here and there, and it’s been super convenient having it all in one place instead of scrambling around the house. I really like how it’s laid out with the shelves and clearly labeled sections. It makes finding what you need quick and stress free, which matters when you’re dealing with an injury. The cabinet itself feels sturdy and well made, and mounting it on the wall was straightforward with the included hardware. It also comes with medications for common issues, which is a nice bonus you don’t always get in kits like this. Honestly, this should last us quite awhile with how stocked it is. I can definitely see this being perfect for businesses, restaurants, or any high traffic space, but it works just as well at home if you want to be fully prepared.

That kind of organization really matters when time counts. Another thing I appreciate is the overall quality of the items included. Everything appears thoughtfully selected and better than what I have seen in some other kits. We once bought a kit where even the bandages felt cheaply made, and that really stood out in a bad way. It may sound minor, but quality bandages and supplies are important, and this company did a great job there. One thing we do on our end is keep an inventory of what is inside the kit so that if something gets used or starts running low, we can replace it right away. With a kit this well organized, that process is even easier. I am genuinely impressed with this one and will definitely be sharing it with my business acquaintances. It is a well-built, thoughtfully assembled, quality-driven first aid kit that feels ready for real use.

I needed a first aid kit for my woodshop and wanted one that was reasonably comprehensive. The EVERLIT 3-shelf is a massive metal box filled with everything you can imagine needing in a first aid situation. I was really blown away by the extensive supply of materials that come in this thing. I found the case to be extremely durable as it is made of metal. It has a heavy-duty latch on the side and the overall build is very strong. I do not think it is very portable because of the size and weight of the unit. Under most circumstances, this unit should be mounted on a wall and accessible to anyone who may need it. It comes with the hardware you need to adhere it to a wall using screws. Overall, this thing is a killer value for the money because it is massive and completely filled with valuable supplies.
