Not as sturdy as I thought it would be.

I love this desk! I’ve been needing a desk to work from home at as I don’t currently have a space in my apartment for it. I found this one and thought it’d be perfect. I was correct! It looks nice, it was easy enough to put together and included all the parts I needed, and it’s surprisingly sturdy considering the reasonable price point. I’m very impressed. I would recommend this desk to anyone.

Such a beautifully designed work desk! This piece will elevate any space and its smooth surface makes it excellent for writing. It’s a simple design, not too thrilled about the surface being 3 separate pieces, but the lines don’t get in the way or bother me too much, so it’s not a big deal. As far as the assembly, it wasn’t too bad, all except the brackets #5 and #6 I believe. The instructions say to lightly tap them to snap together, but it was not easy at all. I had to hammer them pretty hard. Not only that, I had to use a file to shave them down and only then, was I able to connect them. That part was highly annoying. The price is fair for the desk, but you need to have quite a bit of patience to assemble it!

I would give a 5 star review but I did not have a physical instruction sheet on how to put together. I went back to the video and followed with some help, but even the, the table on video was designed differently. Otherwise, all pieces were present and tools and screws available plus extras, which was good. Sturdy and not too heavy. I was able to go under and lift up using my arms and head to transfer to an upstairs bedroom. Good value for the money.
