3 Pack Salt System Cartridge Fit for Hot Springs Salt Cartridge, Compatible with Highlife, Limelight, Caldera Utopia, Paradise, Easy Spa Maintenance

We’ve gone through 2 in less than 2 months, they don’t last at all and are useless. We have barely used the tub…. Complete Wast of our money…

I really wanted this cartridge to work since my hot tub keeps acting up, but it just didn’t deliver. i installed it and waited 48 hours, expecting things to improve, but the system kept showing a low salt warning even after i topped it up properly and adjusted the settings. honestly, it was super annoying. i’ve spent over a hundred bucks on these replacements from Amazon, and this one actually came missing a crucial end piece—which is ridiculous. i've gone through three of these in just a couple of years, and each one seemed worse than the last. i even tried using it during my weekend spa time to relax after work, but it made the whole process stressful instead. the cartridge kind of functions, but the inaccurate readings mean i can’t really trust it. feels like a total waste and i’m hesitant to buy another. hope the manufacturer gets the basics right someday.

I bought this hoping to improve my hot tub water, but it never synced with the system. The salt levels stayed low despite adjustments, which was frustrating during weekend use. It didn’t make the water taste better either. Definitely not what I expected.
