Firstly, I attended barber school and I am a licensed cosmetologist. I was skeptical of the Shpavver Electric Shaver, due to the high cost of the other brands. But, I am truly impressed with the closeness of the shave with a 1/4 inch of growth. My head was “baby bottom” smooth except a little fine, unnoticeable stubble at the occipital bone area, which is hard to do with my very high end balding shaver,(which does not cut hair in access of 1/8 of an inch. (Which the Shpavver Electric Shaver does).Secondly, the added accessories are very useful. I would have to use three other devices with a substantial increase in cost, just to compare with the Shpavver Electric Shaver.Finally, there were no skin irritation, (used straight out of box), it came fully charged with clear, readable, precise instructions, very, easy to clean with the removable magnetic head, (rinse, air dry, cover, replace.)My Professional advice is “All” men should buy the Shpavver Electric shaver, if you want to cut out the middle man, (barber), save time and money for a New, product, that does exactly what it says it will do.

Overall the device is excellent and works very well. The battery life is good, but the reason I give it four stars instead of five is because the screen displays the time and minutes that is supposedly left after a full charge. At a full charge the screen indicates that there are 90 minutes of shaving time available. This is not remotely accurate. My typical shave requires 3 minutes which the unit also counts down accurately how many minutes you've been shaving and it shows you at the end and when I finish I've used 3 minutes of shaving time and the overall available time has dropped by 10 to 12 minutes. So to be clear the screen accurately shows how many minutes I used but if I pay attention to the time before I start and when I end the time available of overall battery drops by 10 to 12 minutes for a 3 minute shave. So you don't get 90 minutes of shaving, absolutely not. The previous generation showed a percentage of battery life from 100 down and that made more sense than this. But other than that it works very well. I love that it's USB-C for easy charging. And any high-powered charger will charge it fine. I've not used any of the added pieces that came with it.

This thing is awesome! I use it every 2-3 days to keep my head hair down. Having never had one of these in this style, I figured I would try a lesser expensive version of the name brand ones and it does not disappoint! The 7 blades and flexible design makes trimming my odd-shaped head a breeze.It keeps a good charge and is easy to operate. The magnetic design is very durable. It has survived roughly 30 trims at this point with no issues. It is ergonomic enough and I usually hold it underneath the large grip between two fingers for easier use. Cleaning is simple. I simply lift off the blades and tap out and/or use a brush to get the fine cut hairs out of it and rinse it out. I clean the collected hair out every other use. It's seemingly still sharp at this point.Has plenty of power even at 50% charge. I can't say if it's heavy or not. It just it what it is. Personally, the weight of it equates to long battery life and oversized motors. All of which I prefer over something like this being quiet and quaint. An added benefit of this style is that I can feel the areas that need attention when I'm holding it between my fingers.I can't comment on the attachments. I previously had a beard trimmer and haven't yet used the attachments that came with this unit.

I’ve been happy with this head shaver. It’s easy to use and makes shaving my head quick and comfortable. The multiple attachments are useful for different grooming needs, which adds to its convenience. It provides a smooth shave and is simple to clean after each use. It has made my grooming routine much easier. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a practical and reliable head shaver.

An excellent shaver; my husband loves it. It is excellent. It shaves smoothly and quickly, leaving the skin very smooth and free from irritation. The heads adapt well to the shape of the head, and the battery lasts long enough for several uses. Very good value for money. Recommended.10/10

I've been using this shaver on my legs for a couple of months. It's great! I haven't even had to charge it again, such a long battery life. The shave is pretty close, easy to use and quick. I can be done with my legs in two minutes if needed. The shave isn't as smooth as a blade in the shower but good enough to feel smooth. I have tried using it in the shower and did not notice any better results. In fact, my skin had irritation after using in the shower even with shave gel.I took away two stars because I can't use it on my arm pits or biking zone AT ALL because it irritates my skin so much. I've tried a few times and it takes days to heal. It's like it pulls no matter how much I stretch or create tension. Ouch.It works wonderfully on my legs though! It is easy to clean and more effective than my other electric lady shaver.I got it mainly for my legs so it's worth it to me.

I bought this kit mainly to keep my head shaved, and it has exceeded my expectations. The main shaver fits the shape of my head perfectly and cuts hair quickly and close without pulling or causing skin irritation. The LED screen that indicates the battery percentage is super helpful for knowing exactly when to charge it.That is what my husband said.

I've been bald for a good 20 years and have tried various shavers and techniques to closely crop my hair in that time. (In shower, out of shower, steel bladed trimmer, ceramic bladed trimmers, mach 3-style blades, Fusion style blades...) In my experience so far, you always need a razor blade to finish off if you want to go completely shaved. So for me, the questions for an electric head shaver are;How much of the hard work does it do?Is it quicker than manual shaving alone?Does it cause any irritation?Does it create any mess?How easy is it to clean?Working through these, I've been really pleased with this shaver.How much of the hard work does it do?The vast majority. Like 90%. You could probably only use this and be pretty much totally clean shaven. As mentioned, I always find you need a blade just to finish off. But after using the shaver, I find it very easy to step into the shower and clear-up any wispy bits of hair that have been missed.Is it quicker than shaving with a blade alone?It is for me, yes. You can whizz through the majority of your stubble in a few minutes and then off with a blade in another 1.Any irritation?I haven't found any irritation from using it.Does it create any mess?None - very impressed. My previous regime for the last few years has been using a beard trimmer without the guard to cut really close and then sometimes finish off with a blade. However, I've only got a small vanity sink and the trimmer would tend to end up with hair on the floor and shelf behind the sink etc. This shaver collects all the hair so there is no overspill.How easy is it to clean?I have to say I'm loving this bit. I have tried a similar device to this before (20+ years bald remember!) and cleaning the shaving heads on that one was difficult. But the magnetic hold on this shaver is great - you can just pull away the whole shaving plate and run it under the tap cleaning away the captured stubble. I've added a video to show this. (Excuse the cut stubble in shot! But it does show how you can easily wash it away.)Other thoughts. I like that this shaver uses a USB C charger so you've probably already got a suitable spares at home and can certainly buy a replacement easily if ever needed. I haven't had it long enough yet to comment on durability but it appears good quality, no concerns so far.Just in case there's any newbies to head-shaving, keep in mind these kinds of shavers do need you to be starting with your hair relatively short. So if you're shaving it every week or two, this will be fine. However, if you're starting off with some hair of any reasonable length, you'll need a trimmer and/or to go at it with a blade in the first instance. But once you've got it short, a device like this shaver should keep you on top of it very easily.Full transparency I have been offered an incentive to leave a review, but rest assured this is my honest opinion and I wouldn't intentionally want to mislead anyone else. I've tried similar devices in the past and so far - the number of heads, the ease of cleaning and it being waterproof all make this the best I've used. Just be mindful you will probably always need a blade for a very quick full tidy-up.
