So far so good, got them installed as well as a 3” puck for my 98 Tacoma, ride quality is great!

Install was easy going, directions weren't to confusing little common sense and the right tools got the job done. Other than that everything fits like a gloves. I will be getting an alignment soon after the install. So I'll give a 4 out 5 for now I'll give it a 5 stars once my alignment is back in to specs. I hope these will hold up for a while, because I cant justify buying 600 dollar UCA when these CAN perform just as well. CROSSING FINGERS.

I ordered the set that fits my 2017 4runner. This should also fit any 4th/5th gen 4runner and any GX470/460 since they use the same upper control arms. I have also owned and installed a magnitude of UCA from jba, total chaos, freedom off road, spc and icon delta (and personally owning the last 3). My initial impressions are very positive. The welds are very consistent and looks like it has good fusion. The ball joint was very stiff, which is a good thing. The build quality is excellent. There are gusset tabs on the bushing area as well as the ball joint cup to increase the strength. They use a very thick and larger tubing than most upper control arms. The ball joint is replaceable and the ball joint part number for my vehicle is T703, which is a common aftermarket OE ball joint. The ball joints are greaseable to prolong the life. They even have a rubber dust cap on top that fights very tightly in the cup. It does come with a castle-nut and cotter pin . These UCA are identical to the freedom-offroad UCA. Even the ball joints, gussets, grease cap, and tube diameter are idental (and both are made in china, not that there is anything wrong with that). These only difference is that these some with free floating greaseable bushings and the freedom comes with bonded rubber bushings (like oem). Each arm has an indicator for what side they belong on (left/right). About the tube diameter, it is thick. 1.5” diameter tubing is used. Most companies like total chaos, icon delta, camberg, etc use 1” tubing. With thicker tubing, you may run into issues if you have high end suspension with resivors. The hydraulic line will come in contact with the arm and you will need to put some sort of sacrificial protection (like tape) so that the arms don’t wear into your hoes. However, this most likely won’t be an issue because if you have $5k worth of high end shocks, you’re not going to be looking at these budget UCA. These have a glossy black appearance. There are included zerk fitting that you will need to install. They also come with large washers that go on either side of every bushing. My alignment came out perfect and exactly how I wanted. Both arms are very consistent with each other. I do notice these arms are gravitate higher on the caster side. By this I mean they’re built with an aggressive caster angle. On my prior arms, I was able to get 3.8 degrees of caster and with the same LCA cam position, these arms were around 4.7-4.9 degrees. My fronts are only lifted 2.4” however, I’m ok with 4.9 degrees as they push my wheel forward a good amount to clear larger tires. With a camber of -0.2, toe 0 and caster 4.9, my vehicle tracks straight. I have roughly 15,000 miles on these UCA. They were originally installed so I can rebuild my icon delta UCA. However, the quality of these arms have surprised me and my motivation to rebuild my icons are at the bottom of my list that’s how impressed I am with these arms. The value for the money is absolutely unbeatable.

We put these on our Ram after doing a lift and they made a big difference right away. The fit was spot on - no weird forcing things into place or modifying anything; which, I always worry about with parts like this. Quality feels really solid. The welds look clean and the finish actually looks good once installed, not cheap or flimsy at all. Appearance-wise, they definitely upgraded the overall look under the front end. Alignment came out where it needed to be after install; which, was huge. That’s honestly one of the main reasons we went with these and they did what they’re supposed to. Durability seems great so far. They feel heavy duty and like they’ll hold up especially compared to the stock parts. For the price, I feel like it’s a really good value considering the quality and how straightforward the install and fitment were.

Doesn’t sit at all poor quality

Perfect control arms for a pick up truck. They fit exactly like they shouldn’t allow for the 2 to 4 inch lift when putting on a leveling kit. The black color is nice and it doesn’t stand out as I have a black pick up truck. They are great quality easy to put on and did not cause any alignment issues which was verified by taking it into the shop. You have an alignment check done. Definitely would recommend for anybody who is looking for a small little lift or any type of leveling kit on a truck. This works great.
