Very disappointed
I purchased one that said returned to save a few bucks. I used it once and it was ok took along time to melt my chocolate. I went and purchased over 100 pretzels and more chocolate and it burned the chocolate and did not melt at all!! I’m returning it and will figure out what to buy so I can make gift snacks for my grandkids. Very disappointed that I can’t make my treats with this warmer. I’m not even interested in buying a new one. I’m worried and I’m pretty sure whoever had it before used it a lot before returning it!! Ok rant over

This works perfectly. Especially if you are using two different types of chocolate. White and dark chocolate is melted and ready to use.
