Beautiful and heavy duty!

Purchased for my wife for Christmas and she was very happy to move away from the common plastic measuring cups. Measuring cups nest inside themselves extremely well and does not take up much space. No rust, no smell and no coloration issues. My in-laws were so impressed that I bought them one as well. Highly recommend.

I cook and measure a lot between cooking, baking and various homemade balms/tinctures/bath salts etc creations. I like to have different sets for food vs non-food and more than one of each so I don't have to wash out between ingredients (e.g. to avoid cross contamination or dry vs sticky ingredients, etc.). I use lots of measuring spoons & cups and stainless steel is a must! These are quality, sturdy cups/spoons without a seam/join between the handle and the cup. I much prefer cups/spoons like these that are all one piece because it reduces opportunity for breakage/wear and for remnants and germs to get caught. Similarly, the gentle curve at the bottom of the cups, rather than a sharp corner, makes it easier to get ingredients out of the bottom of the cup with your spatula. A big selling point for me is the variously sized cups. I've never had a 4 tsp spoon or a 2/3 or 3/4 cup, for example! This is so nice to have for three main reasons: 1) easier than counting multiple measures of the same ingredient, 2) less sharing cups between ingredients, and 3) more accurate measurements as it reduces opportunities for poor measuring. Each cup also includes embossing within the cup for sub-measures (e.g. a 1/8 mark on the 1/4 cup measure), which is nice (although will be inherently less accurate than using the full cup as you can't level it). Very useful for less accurate measurement needs. These are marked well-- all identifiers are engraved or embossed, both on the handle and the side of the measuring cups. I much prefer engraved/embossed rather than printed, as printing tends to wear off with extended use. Each also includes the ml equivalent, which is really nice (I hate running to my conversion chart all the time). This set comes with the spoons bound with a hinged D-ring and an additional D-ring to bind the cups, if you prefer (I will keep them separate, personally). A leveler is also included (nice to have, but the back of a butter knife works just as well). My only complaint is that, within the cardboard box, they wrapped every single individual cup in a plastic bag. This is just unnecessary plastic usage and waste.

This is a great measuring set. i've had a set of metal cups and spoons that has lasted a long time, these feel even sturdier and I think will withstand the test of time. They come in some rather unusual yet convenient measures - 2/3 and 3/4 cup, 4 tsp, 1/8 tsp etc. It makes it a big set but they nest inside each other so doesn't create a space issue. Every cup has another measure embossed in the side for convenience as well. Probably won't use those too much but certainly a nice feature if I ever need it. The cups & spoons can go on 2 separate rings but the cups all attached are quite heavy. Recommend this set if you're looking for quality measures!

Aside from these measuring cups and spoons being very high quality and almost scientifically accurate (yes, I measured them against weights and volumetric standards), the part I liked best was the leveler. No more trying to find a knife or utensil handle to level the contents of the cup or spoon -- the included bar leveler does the trick, and it's right there! The measuring cups are thicker and heavier than those that are stamped out of sheet metal, and they are weighted enough that they won't tip over when placed on a table or counter top. They feel substantial enough to cook in, even! The spoons cover a broad range of sizes as well. Easily-read markings are indented into the metal, so no chance of them wearing off. I expect this set to last many, many years. Highly recommend, five stars.
