Excellent customer service
UPDATE: Excellent and responsive customer service. Replacement sent out quickly. My front windows are tinted and the channel that slips in the window seems like it could scratch the tint. I plan on lining that part with something to prevent scratching the window tint. . The item arrived damaged. Pricey for what it is especially since they are damaged. However, seems solid (not flimsy) and well-made.

Would absolutely get again. But instillation has steep learning curve.
Hard to install the first few times. Was going to send back because I thought they didn’t fit. One is for R side, other is for L. Look at shape of window to figure it out. But when we got them in, they do their job. No bugs in, LOTS of airflow if use RV ceiling vent on low. Van is a sprinter van. Feel very secure in van, and excellent airflow now. Even more so with vents in, and driving, blew my hair around. Could leave in all summer if wanted to. And have been out in rain while driving, and no rain came inside.

Great. Be careful
Interesting install… the Sprinter has auto sensors that put the window back down when they sense pressure so watch your hands. But careful installation and they look and work great. We leave them in all the time.
