While this is marketed as a gift set but... very sorry, this one is absolutely all mine! Molton Brown products always feel a bit special to me, the sort of thing you’d usually save for presents, so I was quite happy to keep this one for myself! As usual with Molton Brown, the presentation is lovely. Everything comes neatly arranged in a very pretty green box. I tend to gravitate toward their citrus scents most of the time but this one is definitely interesting, it's distinctive without being weird or feeling like a love it or hate it type of smelly. To actually try and describe it, I'm struggling a little bit! It’s kind of woody but a bit fruity, there's of course a little bit of green tea. The pear adds a little bit of sweetness, I suppose, but it’s not very sugary or particularly feminine. It is a bit more like aftershave, actually, so I'd say it's a unisex type. The shower gel obviously isn’t quite as strong as the perfume but it still smells really nice while you’re using it and leaves a (admittedly very light) scent on the skin afterwards. Also made my skin feel nice and soft so it was nice using it too beyond the smell. But, of course, the Eau de Parfum is where the scent really shines. A couple of sprays go a long way and it lasts for hours and hours on me. Lovely packaging, lovely scent - I’d happily recommend it.

I love this new Tea Ceremony fragrance from Molton Brown. I wasn't sure I'd like it as I don't like matcha tea to drink, but this fragrance is lovely and fresh with light fruit and wood notes. The scent lasts a long time - I put some of the eau de parfum on yesterday and it was still noticeable many hours later. It's something distinctive that stands out from the current Molton Brown range and many other fragrances and I'd definitely recommend people give it a try. The bath and shower gel is really good quality as I expect from Molton Brown. Gives a rich lather and leaves my skin feeling and smelling lush!

This is a beautifully presented gift set from Molton Brown, which I absolutely love. The set comes in a robust and elegantly designed board gift box, with no single use plastic elements to the manufacturer packaging. The gift box is nice enough to reuse for storage (I'm going to use mine for quilting strips) but it is a little tricky to get the bottle holder insert out without damaging the sides as it had been glued in. The full sized bath/shower gel comes in a plastic bottle and the eau de toilette in a little glass spray atomiser. I’ve tried a few products from this manufacturer but Tea Ceremony was a new scent for me, and I think is now one of my favourites. It's light, fresh, woody and green with quite a subtle, aftershaveish scent that's well balanced to have unisex appeal. My skin is quite acidic and can really ruin perfumes, but this one smells great on me - and lasts really well, with the fragrance still discernible more than 12 hours after application. I would absolutely buy this in a larger, separate size. The shower/bath gel is lovely too. The scent is well matched, and though a bit subtler in this form than the eau de toilette it's pretty durable for a shower gel. All in all, a lovely gift set. Well made and well presented - and good to see some things still being made in this country!
