We used to have a top load cooler, but lifting the jugs was getting too hard for us. So, based on reviews, I gave this cooler a try. We are so glad we did! It was incredibly easy to set up and was basically already set up outside of just placing the pump in the water jug and following instructions on top of the cooler. We have been using it for a few weeks now and it has been working perfectly. The hot water is nice and hot, and the cold water is super cold. I don’t really use room temperature water, but it’s a nice feature to have. It has a sleek design and looks great in the kitchen. The water tastes great, and the noise level when it heats and cools isn’t bad at all. We are definitely pleased with this purchase and would recommend it!!

It’s ok, water isn’t getting very cold. But it is quiet running wish the water dispensed was a little faster. It is very slow. And it’s pricey

It looks great, it works great, so far it’s been really nice to have, easy for kids to fill up their water bottles also!

Works amazing very hot and very cold. The only and big issue is I haven’t been able to use it. Have gone through 10 gallons of water and still have new plastic taste. Used all the remedies with vinegar to hot and cold. Nothing has worked

this is definitely worth the money, It is so much more convenient than trying to open those lids on water bottles, always have to ask husband to open for me. I love that it has a lack button when all you need is tap water. The hot water is actually hot, and dispenses easily with a push of a button. Perfect size for the small area I needed it for.

We've very much been loving our Tehanld water dispenser! At first we were worried about spilling because we can't see where the water comes out at. but I finally realized to just set or hold your cup above one of the 3 holes in the draining tray and it will be in the right spot. I love filling my mug with hot water to make a quick cup of tea. Personally, I rarely use the room temp spout but I might use it more next winter. I'm very happy with this purchase. Replacing the water jug has been easy. It might be a little noisy. It runs alot to maintain the different temperature options, but it's not a bother to us at all. It's pretty compact so doesn't take up much space and looks nice. Water flows consistently. It's not for filling large containers with hot or cold water. Just for a single serving as needed. The only cleaning I've had to do in a month of owning it is wiping the finger prints off the top. So easy. Really no major complaints. Reliable product.

Only three out of five stars because of a couple of items let me start off with the positives and that is that the machine has individual switches for hot and cold temperature on off. We do not use hot water so therefore we’re able to leave the hot water switch off and not waste electricity keeping the water hot. The negative is the fact that the cup shelf does not allow enough room for water bottles to sit on it clearly underneath the downspout the water bottle/tumblers need to be held at an angle in order to fill them up other things concerning the cup shelf is that it is very difficult to install when you have to perform the primary construction of the machine although there’s not a lot of moving parts that was one part that needed to be installed. Secondly it’s a little loud
