No perceivable side effects, or after taste.
After using colloidal gold for one week, Harataki is supposed to be taken for 3 weeks, concluding the 30 day decalcification process. I love the capsules. No after taste or heartburn. Can tell the difference while meditating. Focus is easier to hold and for much longer. Strongly approve!
